We started our TPA fifteen years ago, we had the option of buying into a
claims administration system provided by one of the large System houses: or, to
build a new system. After reviewing the costs and restrictions required by the
large System houses, we did not find any claim payment systems that were truly
built to service our clients in any cost effective manner.
Backroom Services
Lion Tech also provides unbundled back room services:
- Printing and mailing of EOBs.
- Scanning and attaching incoming paper claims to be a truly paperless office.
